% 18.01.2019 The petitioner inter alia seeks transfer of the case to another agency. Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that investigation of the case was transferred from Police Station, Hari Nagar to Police Station, Tilak Nagar. The matter has been investigated and Chargesheet has been filed against the main accused-Salman Tyagi. Therefore, this prayer is not made out. Allaying the fears of the petitioner that coercive measures would be taken against him, the learned Standing Counsel submits that due process of law shall be followed. In any case, proceedings under section 82 Cr.PC. have already been completed. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has recorded telephone conversations between the SHO of Police Station, Hari Nagar and a mediator, to the effect that upon the petitioner failing to pay an

amount of Rs. 20 lacs, coercive measures would continue to be taken against the petitioner. A copy of the said transcript has been handed over to the learned Standing Counsel for the State. He submits, upon instructions, that the said alleged conversation is already the subject matter in another case being Bail Appln No. 2539/2018, which is listed on 30.01.2019. In the circumstance, no further orders are required in the petition. The petition stands disposed-off accordingly. NAJMI WAZIRI, J JANUARY 18, 2019 RW
