By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent/Police/Investigating Officers/District Investigation Unit/Outer District to complete investigation in respect of FIR No. 92/2012 PS Aman Vihar and file the status report as early as possible to enable the learned Trial Court to complete the adjudication in respect of the same.

Status report has been filed by the State to the effect that now exhibits of question/admitted/specimen writing have been deposited with FSL, Rohini and action would be taken on receipt of the FSL result. 3.

In view of the assurance given by the State, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail remedy, if necessity arises.
