% 16.01.2019 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial Court be directed to dispose of the issue pertaining to lifting of Corporate Veil expeditiously, which is pending in the Court of learned ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer made by petitioner is allowed with directions to the trial Court to dispose of the issue of lifting of Corporate Veil as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. All pending application(s) (if any) also stand disposed of. Copy of this order be sent to the trial Court forthwith for necessary compliance.
