LPA 545/2018 & CM APPL. 39073/2018 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this appeal with the following directions:

(i) Let the pleadings in W.P.(C) 8588/2018 be completed within six weeks and thereafter liberty is granted to the appellant to file an application for early hearing of the matter before the writ Court.

(ii) We are hopeful that the learned writ Court will consider the same and pass an appropriate order considering the nature of the dispute involved in the matter.

With the aforesaid, the appeal stands disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
