The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the disputes between the parties have been settled in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.01.2018 and, therefore, there would be no requirement for appointment of an Arbitrator. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC) has also placed a copy of the said Settlement Agreement on record.

In view of the above settlement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
