% 04.07.2018 IA No. 8418/2018 This application is filed under Section 16 A of the Court Fees Act, 1870 seeking refund of 50% of the court fees. It has been pleaded that the suit has been withdrawn and as per Section 16A modified by the Court Fees Delhi Amendment Act, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of 50% of the court fees.
