% 19.11.2018 Compliance Affidavit has not been filed by either the petitioners or the DCF (South). Let the DCF concerned be present in the Court on the next date, alongwith records.

None appears for the petitioners. Issue Bailable Warrants in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each against the petitioners, to be executed through the SHO concerned, returnable on 13.12.2018.

The learned counsel for the State assures the Court apropos due compliance in this case and in all such cases requiring the Department of Forests to comply with the directions issued by this Court for plantation throughout the NCT of Delhi.

In the interim, the requisite affidavits shall be filed by both the parties alongwith the satellite photographs obtained from M/s Delhi Geospatial Ltd. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
