O R D E R

As agreed, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant will vacate the suit premises on or before 30.05.2020, and which time is granted to the appellant, subject to the appellant making payment as per the impugned judgment and decree which is also a money decree, by clearing arrears upto November, 2018 as per the impugned judgment and decree within a period of three months from today.

Every month's rent, however, from the month of December, 2018 will be paid by the 15th of each month till the time appellant vacates the suit premises.

The appellant will also clear all charges of electricity, water,

etc. as payable for the suit premises regularly and will give copy of the paid bills to the respondent/plaintiff.

Let the appellant file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within a period of two weeks from today, and on the appellant filing the affidavit and complying with the terms of the same, the appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.05.2020.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
