By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that the petitioner is unwell.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner was granted furlough by the Competent Authority for a period of three weeks w.e.f. 11th July, 2018 till 1st August, 2018 whereafter two months parole was granted to the petitioner by this Court on 30th July, 2018 in W.P. Crl. 2261/2018. The petitioner is undergoing treatment for chronic liver and kidney disease as well as for hypertension.

As per the medical papers which have been verified as per the status report, the petitioner has been advised kidney biopsy and has also been explained needs, risk and benefit of the same. The petitioner was reluctant to W.P.(CRL) 2886/2018

get the kidney biopsy done and hence it had not been done till date. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now made up his mind and will get his kidney biopsy done so that further proper treatment from Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh can be taken. 5.

Considering the facts verified and the medical condition of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to petitioner for a period of three weeks from the date of his release on the same terms and conditions as imposed by him while granting furlough by the Competent Authority. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
