% 18.02.2016 I.A. No. 2294/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement.

The application has been signed by the parties, as well as their respective counsel. It is also supported by the affidavit of Shashi Chaudhri, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff and the affidavits of Neena Behl (defendant No.2), Anil Behl (defendant No.3), Monica Behl (defendant No.4), who are partners of defendant No.1 firm. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. In terms of the settlement, the defendants have brought a cheque of Rs.85,000/-, which has been tendered to learned counsel for the

plaintiff. Learned counsel for the defendants assures that the said cheque shall be honoured upon presentation.

The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement, which shall bind the parties.
