It is open to the petitioners to prefer an appeal. In the event the petitioners request for cross-examination of concerned witnesses, same shall be granted by the CIT (Appeals), who shall consider all the arguments and pass a reasoned order dealing with each. In the event of appeal, the appeal shall be entertained without the requirement of pre-deposit.
