% 18.01.2017 The petitioners filed anticipatory bail applications before the learned Trial Court which have been withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. Thus, there is no order on merits against them. The petitioners seek leave to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, which is the Court of first instance for grant of anticipatory bail.

Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. By:AMULYA

Needless to state that if applications for anticipatory bail are filed by the petitioners, the same will be decided in accordance with law and the facts and circumstances of the case.
