By this petition, petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 705/2016 under Sections 354/354A/323/341/506/509/34 IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (in short 'POCSO') registered at Bhajan Pura, Delhi.

Learned APP for State points out that the earlier application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn on 16th May, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that though he is the counsel but he did not draft this petition. He further states that in view of the concealment of this fact of earlier anticipatory bail petition having been BAIL APPLN. 2342/2018
dismissed, at the outset he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
Leave granted.
