The petitioners impugn order dated 10.08.2018, whereby, the order proceeding ex-parte against the respondent has been set aside. 2.
On perusal of the record, I am of the view that the impugned order does not call for interference. However, in view of the fact that the application has been pending since the year 2016, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the petition filed by the petitioner and endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously. 3.
The petition is disposed of with the above directions. 4.
