% 04.04.2019 Petitioner impugns order on charge dated 22.04.2017 whereby charge has been framed against the petitioner under Section 376/417 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending these proceedings the entire prosecution evidence has already been recorded and case is now listed before the Trial Court for 26.04.2019 for final arguments.

Learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving his right to raise all pleas before the Trial Court. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
