% 25.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of his application having been filed before the Land and Building Department on 08.07.2005 at page 12 of the paper book, the same has not been processed. By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking allotment of alternate plot in view of the fact that this land stood acquired.

On advance notice learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that this document at page 12 of the paper book is not the application which is required to be filed which is the format in which the petitioner has to submit his application

seeking allotment of alternate plot; his additional submission is that the case of the petitioner shall be decided as per its seniority. Ordered accordingly.

Petition disposed of.
