Crl.L.P.No.16/2019 In view of the fact that the petitioner is the complainant in case FIR No.826/2016 under Sections 323/342/308/34 IPC registered at PS Narela and the trial proceeded as a State case as decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the decision reported as 2018 SCC Online SC 1941 Malikaarjun Kodagani Vs. State of Karnataka, the petitioner is not required to seek leave to appeal. Consequently, the Registry will register the present leave to appeal along with the ground urged as criminal appeal.
