This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 9th July, 2018 of the respondent no.2 Estate Officer, in exercise of powers under Section 5 of The Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (PP Act), of eviction of the petitioner from Quarter No.H224, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. 4.

The statute having provided for the remedy of appeal under Section 9 of the PP Act against the order of the Estate Officer, I have enquired from the counsel for the petitioner, why this petition should be entertained. 5.

The counsel for the petitioner withdraws the petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law. Dasti.
