% 04.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.304/2016 under Sections 354/354D/509/406/506 IPC registered at police station Greater Kailash on the complaint of respondent no. 2, which is at the investigation stage, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by PSI Simarjeet Kaur, P.S.

Greater Kailash.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she was in relation with the petitioner no. 1. After the relations broke down, petitioner no. 1 maligned her in the area,

where both of them were living. She says that on 30th November, 2016 a quarrel took place, which led to registration of the present FIR. She says that she has now settled the matter with the petitioners, vide a Settlement Deed dated 6th July, 2017 (Annexre B), of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.304/2016 under Sections 354/354-D/509/406/506 IPC registered at police station Greater Kailash, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Mobile phones of the respondent no. 2 and petitioner no. 1 may be returned by the Investigating Officer to them.
