% 11.02.2019 Learned counsel for respondent No.2 enters appearance and seeks time to file reply affidavit. Reply affidavit be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder be filed four weeks thereafter. Additional affidavit has been filed however learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said affidavit is only the consolidation of the documents and facts filed earlier. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State also states that she will file status report to the additional documents which have now been consolidated and as to whether any investigation has been carried out on the same and if not carried out the same will be carried out. Renotify on 7th May, 2019.
