2. This appeal by the Revenue is against the impugned order dated 20th February 2017 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ('ITAT') in ITA No. 3410/Del/2013 for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2007-08.

3. In view of the order passed today in ITA No. 733 of 2017, answering similar questions that arose for AY 2008-09 against the Revenue, this appeal is dismissed.
