The petitioner has filed this application with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Registrar General, Delhi High Court to call the said amount of `1,02,500/- along with the interest accrued thereon till date, which has been kept in fixed deposit by the Commissioner, Employees‟ Compensation Act, from the Commissioner of Employees Compensation Act, Vishwakarma Nagar, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-95 release the same in favour of the petitioner/management in the interest of justice. 2.
While disposing of the W.P.(C) 6847/2015 on 28th August, 2017, this Court had already issued necessary directions contained in para 7 & 8 of the said order, to the following effect:

The petitioner has deposited 50% of the award amount with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 02nd November, 2015. The said amount be sent to the Commissioner, Employees‟ Compensation who shall keep the same in fixed deposit for a period of six months and shall disburse the same in terms of the fresh order to be passed. 8.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master."

Since necessary directions in respect of the prayer made in the application have already been given while disposing of the writ petition, this application is dismissed.
