% 05.09.2017 Learned counsel for the respondents seeks liberty to place the affidavit of Administrative Officer of the AIIMS on record. Liberty granted. The said affidavit is taken on the record. The affidavit states that one Din Bandhu Dass was declared to be highest bidder and was so intimated by the letter of 24.08.2017; a copy of which has been placed on the record. The same day Kanwar Singh Yadav was declared the highest bidder in the tender of Tea & Coffee Vending Machine Kiosk in new emergency ward at AIIMS.
The direction of this Court to formally intimate the petitioner about the outcome of its tender, however, does not appear to have been complied with. The said direction shall be complied with within a week; the AIIMS shall ensure that the letter is addressed to the petitioner about his representation.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order dasti. S. RAVINDRA BHAT, J SEPTEMBER 05, 2017/vikas/ SUNIL GAUR, J
