1. Reserving the right to raise all contentions available to them in the arbitration, learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

2. The Court accordingly directs that a Sole Arbitrator will be appointed to function under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟).

3. The parties will appear before the DAC on 20th February, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator, DAC, forthwith. The petition is accordingly allowed in the above terms. S.MURALIDHAR, J JANUARY 31, 2017 rd
