After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that appellants will receive in full and final satisfaction of all their claims in the subject litigation and also arising from the Agreement to Sell dated 4.7.1986 a total sum of Rs.15 lacs. Out of the aforesaid amount of Rs.15 lacs, Rs.7.50 lacs will be paid by respondent nos.1-3/their legal heirs and a sum of Rs.7.50 lacs will be paid by respondent Nos.5(A) to 5(D). This

amount will be paid in the name of the appellant no.2 Mr. Harnam Singh and counsel for the appellants will give to the counsels for the respondents who have to pay the money the bank account details of Mr. Harnam Singh so that the aforesaid amount can be directly credited in the bank account of appellant no.2. The amount as aforesaid be deposited for the benefit of the appellants in the account of the appellant no.2 Mr. Harnam Singh within a period of six weeks from today.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid consent order.
