% 22.10.2018 This petition seeks quashing of a case FIR No. 208/2017 registered at P.S. Economic Offences Wing under Section 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC on 27.12.2017.

The bank has refunded money to the complainant in terms of the order of the DRT dated 19.04.2017. The bank has filed a petition bearing Crl. M. C. No. 4492/2018, seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR, in which notice has been issued for 07.02.2019. In view of the above, the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present petition and to implead themselves in the abovementioned petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
