% 24.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.

569/2016 under Sections 354/354(B)/506/34 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri may be quashed. Petitioners and respondent no.2 are living in the same locality and were known to each other.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Omveer Singh of police station Nand Nagri.

She submits that she has settled the matter of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, is not willing to pursue the FIR and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled the

their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations being residents of same locality and the fact that respondent no.2 is not interested in pursuing the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 569/2016 under Sections 354/354(B)/506/34 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
