% 25.02.2016 The petitioners filed the present petition under Section 9(ii)(d) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 CPC for obtaining ex parte ad-interim injunction against the respondent. During the pendency of the petition, by order dated 5th August, 2015 the matter was referred to the Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. After various meetings, the parties have settled their disputes.

The Settlement Report dated 29th January, 2016 of the learned Mediator is on the record. The terms and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in the Settlement Agreement dated 29th January, 2016 which is annexed as Annexure-A along with the said report. The Settlement Agreement is duly signed by the parties. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.

In view of the settlement, the petitioners do not wish to press the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
