The petitioner in the instant writ petition prays for the following reliefs:- "
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ in the nature of MANDAMUS and/or any other appropriate Writ/Order/ Direction of like nature, directing the Respondents to consider the Representation dated 19.09.2018 submitted by the Petitioners seeking regularization of the Property bearing Municipal Nos. 3226-27, situated at Ward No. 79, Kucha Tara Chand, Darya Ganj (Jama Masjid Area), New Delhi-110002; and to further regularize the subject property in consonance with its policies and to also issue a Writ in the nature of PROHIBITION and/or any other appropriate Writ/ Order/ Direction of like nature, restraining the Respondents from taking any coercive steps or any other action of demolition, sealing etc. in respect of the aforesaid property, in the light of the detailed facts and circumstances explained hereinabove. Any other Order (s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents."

that in terms of order dated 24.09.2018, the representation submitted by the petitioner on 19.09.2018 stood rejected 3.
The petitioner has not taken any steps to challenge the demolition/sealing order dated 24.09.2018 till date. 4.
No relief can, therefore, be granted under the facts of the present case.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition along with the pending application stands dismissed.

The petitioner, however, shall be at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
