% 29.03.2019 Learned counsel for respondent-Complainant submits that petitioners have complied with the last order. Without commenting on the merits of this case, interim order of 20th December, 2016 is made absolute.

In the event of arrest, petitioners be admitted to bail subject to petitioners furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of while not commenting upon the merits.
