% 18.12.2018 The matter is listed for reporting compliance. The learned Local Commissioner, Mr. S.K. Tandon is present in Court today. He has handed over the report which records that the demarcation of both the portions A, B, B1, A1 and A1,B1,C,D was carried out. He submits that there was some resistance initially, however, after the police reached the spot, the commission was executed peacefully. He was duly assisted by the Civil Engineer who was appointed by the Court for carrying out the demarcation. A concerning fact is that the Appellants have not paid their share of the fee of the Local Commissioner or of the Civil Engineer. Mr. Rominider Singh, Ms. Urmila Devi, Mr. Amit Singh and Ms. Hemlata are present in Court today. They are representing different branches of the Appellants. They undertake that they will pay the fee of the Local Commissioner and the Civil Engineer within 24 hours. Affidavit of undertakings as per the last

order shall also be handed over tomorrow. They shall remain present. List on 19th December, 2018 at 4.00 p.m.
