% 13.07.2016 O.M.P.(T) 29/2015, I.A. No.13583/2015 (for stay), by petitioner and O.A. No.491/2015 (Chamber Appeal against the order dated 5th November, 2015) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press the present petition in case the pending application filed by the petitioner under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is decided on merits by the sole Arbitrator. He further submits that the Arbitrator will ensure the compliance by giving his statement in terms of Section 12 of Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same. Under these circumstances, as suggested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order is passed accordingly. The petition is disposed of.

Pending application as well as the Chamber Appeal also stand disposed of.
