% 18.09.2017 In pursuance to the last order, an affidavit of service has been filed. However, learned counsel for plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit. He prays that the Court-fees be refunded. Since the injunction order had been granted in the present case and the film has now been taken off the theatre halls, this Court is of the view that the injunction order has worked itself out.

Consequently, present suit and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn and the prayer for refund of Court-fees is declined. MANMOHAN, J SEPTEMBER 18, 2017 js
