% 17.07.2018 Learned counsel for the parties have drawn our attention to order dated 29.05.2018 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal in the case of IFCI Ltd. vs. Hi-Point Investment Finance Private Limited. By the said order National Company Law Tribunal has admitted petition filed by the IFCI Limited in terms of Section 7

(5) (a) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Rules, 2016 and Mr. Vikram Kumar has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional. It is recorded that there is no representation on behalf of the Interim Resolution Professional.

In view of the aforesaid position, it appears that the present writ petition would not survive. We are disposing of the present petition
