% 22.01.2019 CS(COMM) 11/2017 & CC(Comm.)32/2017 Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 11.1.2019. As per the terms and conditions of the Settlement the defendant has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.85 lacs in monthly instalments to the plaintiff. Eight post dated cheques have also been handed over to the plaintiff. The terms and conditions of the settlement are legal and valid. The suit and the counter claim are disposed of on the basis of the settlement agreement. A decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The parties will remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement.

As the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre the plaintiff and the counter claimant will be entitled to refund of the Court Fees under section 16 of the court Fees Act Suit and all pending applications stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J JANUARY 22, 2019 n
