The present petition has been listed subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability before this Court, without the petitioners having exhausted the statutory remedy of appeal before the DRAT against the impugned order dated 16.06.2017 passed by the DRT. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his clients to seek their remedies against the impugned order before the appellate forum, as prescribed in law.
