% 12.04.2017 Having regard to the unsatisfactory conduct of the petitioner in jail resulting in even punishment under the prison rules being awarded and the fact that there are at least three pending criminal cases under trial against him two of which involve offences of robbery/dacoity, it is not a fit case where this Court should exercise its discretion in favour of release of the petitioner on parole.

Petition is dismissed.
