% 17.02.2017 Address of petitioner has been verified. It has also been verified that the marriage of the niece of petitioner shall take place on 28th February, 2017. Reception is to take place on 3rd March, 2017. Petitioner was earlier released on parole last year.

It is not the case that he has misused the concession of parole extended to him.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent.

On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
