O R D E R

% 06.01.2017 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition to seek parole to be able to find a suitable match for his unmarried daughter. The order of rejection dated 09.09.2016 shows that at that point of time, the petitioner had not availed of two weeks furlough granted by the DG(P) vide order dated 16.06.2016. Subsequently, the petitioner has availed of the furlough. In these circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to apply for parole once again to the concerned authorities. Let the petitioner do so. In case the petitioner moves an application seeking parole, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
