% 05.07.2018 After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the only course of action that commends itself is to direct the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (North) to abide by the decision of the Appellate Tribunal for Municipal Corporation of Delhi (ATMCD) before whom an appeal instituted on behalf of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is pending adjudication and to carry out its directions, in accordance with law, in relation to the purported unauthorised construction carried out in the subject property bearing No. 6057-58, Gali Haider Wali, Nawab Road, Basti Harphool Singh, Sadar Bazar, Delhi-110006.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
