O R D E R

% 16.11.2017 Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Prem Yadav of police station Nangloi. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner no.1 vide Memorandum of Understanding/Compromise Deed dated 18th July, 2017 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She says that she is not willing to pursue the FIR against the petitioner no.1 and his relative, that is, petitioner no. 2 and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 and respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 105/2007 under Sections 3,4 & 6 of D.P. Act and Section 406 IPC registered at police station Nangloi and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
