% 18.08.2017 Notice could not be issued to the respondent no. 2 as process fee was not filed.

However, respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Satbir Singh, P.S. Tilak Nagar. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes, therefore, FIR No. 194/2011 under Sections 323/341/506/307 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed.

A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 on the issue of parking of car.

Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, therefore, the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner and respondent no. 2 are the residents of the same locality and have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 194/2011 under Sections 323/341/506/307 IPC registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
