CS(OS) 342/2017 It is stated by learned counsel for the defendants that defendant no.1 could not appear before learned Local Commissioner on the last date of hearing due to his ill-health. He further submits that the defendants intend to examine Mr. Sidharth Suppal/defendant no.2 on the date now fixed before learned Local Commissioner i.e. on 30.05.2025.

The defendants are directed to file soft copy as well as physical copy of Evidence Affidavit of Mr. Sidharth Suppal/defendant no.2 within two weeks from today with copy to the opposite side.
