% 12.12.2019 Anticipatory bail was granted by Sessions Court vide order dated 22.04.2017 and same is under challenge in the present case. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the adjudication proceedings under the Customs Act have already been completed and has passed the final order, therefore, there is no need of respondent for custodial interrogation at this stage.
