% 03.02.2017 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder has today handed over a copy of the loan documents which indicates that Judgment Debtor No.1 is the sole proprietor of Judgment Debtor No.2. The record shows that JD No.1 has been served and on 26.11.2015 one Mr Anuj Kumar, Accountant was also present to represent Judgment Debtor No.1. In the circumstances JD No.2 also stands served. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder seeks further time to serve JD No.3.

The present petition is for enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 17.11.2014.

It is seen that the amount involved is below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and accordingly, the petition is required to be transferred to the District Court.

In view of the above, the petition is transferred to the Court of the

Learned District & Sessions Judge, (South District), Saket Court, Delhi. List on 27.03.2017 before the concerned Court. VIBHU BAKHRU, J FEBRUARY 03, 2017 pkv
