% 10.08.2017 Further time is sought on behalf of the respondents to file the status report. Ld. counsel for the respondents submits that the report is ready and shall be filed during the course of the day and that, the delay occurred for the reasons attributable to his office. In view of the reasons given for delay, the status report is taken on record, which is handed over in the Court.
As per the status report by way of an affidavit, the building plan has since been revoked and the construction has been treated to be unauthorised or illegal. Besides that, the subject construction, which, according to the respondent, is unauthorised and illegal, the demolition orders dated 16.02.2017 and 19.05.2017 also said to have already been passed and now, the demolition action is scheduled for 11.08.2017.
While none appears for the petitioner, in view of the status report filed by way of an affidavit, the petition is found to be without any cause of action and is dismissed accordingly. A. K. CHAWLA, J AUGUST 10, 2017 ac
