% 09.08.2016 CS(OS) 1935/2015 Case file has been taken up pursuant to order dated 25.07.2016 of learned District & Sessions Judge, East District, KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the matter does not fall within the jurisdiction of that district.

Learned counsels for plaintiffs has submitted that the territorial jurisdiction of the present matter lies in Shahadara District. In view of the same, the ministerial order dated 08.02.2016, for transfer of the present matter to East District, Karkardooma Court, is modified. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
