The present petition is filed for quashing of the memorandum bearing no. T-4/4l-D/93(SCN-1) dated 09.12.1993 and memorandum bearing no. T4/41-D/93(SCN-II) dated 09.12.1993 against the petitioner issued by the respondent no.1/Special Director. Enforcement Directorate, New Delhi and to call notices issued by the respondent no.2/Adjudicating Authority, Assistant Director, Delhi Zonal Office.

Ms. Sonam Nagrath Kohli, counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner/Lalit Kumar Bagla has expired on 27.06.2024 and as per the instructions received from Madhusudan Bagla/the son of the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The respective counsels for the respondents do not have any objection if the petition is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.
