% 17.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties.

A status report has been filed. As per the Status report the family of the petitioner comprises of his parents, six brothers and four sisters, who all are married. Four married brothers are staying alongwith their families in the permanent residence address whereof is H. No. 544, Jatav Mohalla, Vill Badli, Delhi.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner was granted parole once by this Court w.e.f. 13th November, 2017 to 11th December, 2017. There is no allegation that the petitioner misused the said concession. Thus this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 2910/2018

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
