% 07.01.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pursuant to settlement of the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi on 15.10.2015, matter has already been withdrawn by respondent before learned Trial Court and as such, instant petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
